The Role Our Innisfail Rural Branch is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Storeperson to join our rural store supporting local farmers and the agricultural community. This is a handson role, youll be responsible for receiving and organising stock, preparing customer orders, loading and unloading deliveries, and helping keep the store and warehouse running smoothly. Youll work closely with our team to ensure farmers get the supplies they need, when they need them. Load and unload trucks Record chemicals as per Lindsay Rural procedures Maintain accurate and efficient stock control at all times Counter / store front sales and service as required General store duties as required Providing friendly support to customers and staff What Youll Bring Current Forklift Licence is essential HR Licence highly regarded but not essential Reliable, practical, and physically fit Good organisational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and team mindset Experience in rural, agricultural, or warehouse work is highly desirable Have excellent customer service and relationship building skills Have a commitment to workplace health and safety Ability to work in and around chemical, fertilizer, nutrient and packaging Candidates must have valid and current Australian working rights to be considered for this position.
