The Senior Technical Consultant is a technical role that delivers a range of network and cybersecurity services to the market in a project-based delivery methodology. In this role you will be expected to provide thought leadership, guidance, and strategic advice to our customers on networking and cybersecurity matters. Your Key Responsibilities Lead customer workshops to capture requirements for solution development Communicate technical solutions and their business benefits to diverse stakeholders Conduct comprehensive system discovery and analysis to drive solution development and delivery Design and implement end-to-end architectures aligned with appropriate security standards Develop documentation artefacts to describe technical solutions, configurations, and procedures Execute system changes, upgrades, and implementations Advise on industry best practices and governance-compliant solutions Skills and Qualification you need to be successful in the role: Expereince with Wired and Wi-Fi Networking, Next-Generation Firewalls, VPN, SD-WAN and SASE technologies NAC and network authentication, Data Centre network virtualisation technologies Public cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI) Security concepts and frameworks (e.g., Essential 8 and ISM initiatives, network segmentation) Clear and concise communication of technical concepts to various stakeholders NV1 clearance is required for the role Note: As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
