About The Opportunity As Enerven continues to grow its renewables portfolio in South Australia, we are proactively connecting with experienced Senior Project Managers to support a pipeline of upcoming projects, subject to contract award. These opportunities are anticipated to support major BESS and wind projects, delivering Balance of Plant (BOP) civil and electrical works, from early development through to construction and commissioning. Based in Adelaide, these roles will involve DIDO to site as required, with appropriate uplifts while sitebased. The work is handson, complex and highly visible, suited to leaders who thrive in largescale delivery environments. Depending on project award timing, we may be looking to appoint multiple Senior Project Managers, making this a great time to connect early and be part of whats coming next. What You Will Do Lead development works and tendering phases for largescale renewable projects Transition projects into commercial management and delivery postcontract award Provide strong leadership across safety, quality, risk, cost, schedule and governance Manage internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors and delivery partners Build and lead highperforming project teams in sitebased environments Contribute to a safe, productive and collaborative team culture About You A commercially astute and experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong safety lens and a background in the energy or infrastructure sector. Youll Bring Demonstrated experience delivering large, complex infrastructure projects (renewables, BESS, HV powerlines, substations or comparable heavy construction environments) Strong safety leadership, with proven capability across commercial management, financial control and delivery governance The ability to build trusted, longterm relationships with clients, contractors and delivery partners A practical, solutionsfocused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities Confidence working in sitebased and DIDO environment About Us The work behind the network When you join Enerven, you are working for a team guided by its core values of dependability, proactiveness and collaboration.
