As a Senior Exercise Physiologist with CALHNs Metabolic and Bariatric Clinic, youll lead tailored assessments, guide behaviour change and shape the model of care. Youll work closely with our multidisciplinary team to lift outcomes, build service quality and support meaningful, lasting health improvements. What Youll Do Lead clinical EP assess and targeted intervention Guide behaviour change to boost health outcomes Build service plans and refine care pathways Drive quality, research and model-of-care improvement Strengthen collaboration across the multidisciplinary team About You Youre a capable, collaborative Exercise Physiologist who leads with sound judgement, evidence-based practice and a calm, professional approach. You bring the right qualifications, senior-level capability and confidence to guide complex care in a multidisciplinary setting.
