The Fleet & Maintenance Coordinator is responsible and accountable for the execution of the Fleet and maintenance strategies within the region under their control. They are accountable to achieve or exceed set turnaround times of all vehicles out of service whilst reducing and or maintain costs to a set minimum. By reducing the time in the repair status the person contributes to the overall support of continued growth by having all vehicles available and ready for rent. They are also responsible for achieving fleet and maintenance goals in line with the corporate business plans in the area of their responsibility. Key Responsibilities Execution of the strategy and business plan Optimisation of available fleet through effective management of all vehicles including maintenance and car sales stock. Effective control and efficiency of processes around fleet maintenance and fleet distribution. Daily management of fleet logistics for the pool that they have responsibility for. About you RAC Operations experience and expertise Sound knowledge of Hertz systems, processes and products Works effectively in and across the organisations Uses business processes to their advantage to get results Excellent interpersonal & communication skills Good team worker Ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work in a fast paced environment What do you get?
