What youll do As a Sessional Trainer in our Training U For Work team, you will: Plan and deliver short, handson training that builds practical skills, workplace readiness, and learner confidence while supporting diverse learners Manage course materials, reporting and assessments independently Contribute to a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment You may deliver training in your area of expertise, including: Digital & Business Skills computer basics, digital literacy, customer service, retail, business support Hospitality bar and gaming service, caf and casual dining, food production essentials Cleaning & Housekeeping commercial cleaning, health and hygiene, housekeeping Horticulture entrylevel practical horticulture skills Construction & Renewable Energy construction sector essentials, workplace safety, solar readiness Warehousing & Production warehousing, pick packing, manufacturing and process work Click HERE for more information on Training U For Work courses. What youll bring TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) Essential Recent handson industry experience in your area of expertise (relevant qualification(s) desirable) A collaborative, organised, peoplefocused approach Confidence using basic technology for reporting and materials (Canva experience a bonus) Additional requirements Travel across Perth metro and regional WA (typically Bunbury and Busselton). Current drivers license and own vehicle to transport equipment, plus the ability to lift up to 20kg. Positive, solutionsfocused approach when working with people from all backgrounds. (Youll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, and Working With Children Check but dont worry, well help guide you through this.)
