About the Role Wests Mayfield is on the lookout for a passionate Casual Chef to join our friendly and talented catering team. You''ll work across our popular Bistro and the much-loved Texas Grill Restaurant, where the menu is bursting with flavourfrom slowsmoked ribs and wings to primegrade steaks, burgers, pizzas, and classic sides (not to mention desserts!). Our Bistro offers all the club favourites plus weekly specials that keep things fresh and exciting. DayToDay Responsibilities Preparing and serving high-quality meals with care and consistency. Completing prep sheets and ensuring all food is stored to hygiene standards. Assisting other sections during busy service periods. Setting up and closing service areas. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Disposing of waste safely and appropriately. About You Youre an energetic team player whos passionate about great food and genuine service. You take pride in presentation, consistency, and creating meals that make people smile. A Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience. Availability to work nights and weekends. A flexible attitude and willingness to support our Bistro operations as needed.
