Ideally this full-time role is perfect for someone seeking 38 hours of work per week, with availability from 6:30 9:30 and 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm. This role will also allow ample administration time during the day.We are open to permanent full-time/part-time based on your availability.The hourly rate for the position is $35 (ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent) or $41 p/hour (ACECQA Approved Degree or equivalent) + ECEC retention payment + 12% super.OSHC Coordinators are responsible for:Overseeing the daily operations and strategic development and growth of the program;Working with the Regional OSHC Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities;Creating a positive relationship with the school, families, local community groups and contract partners;Managing a team of educators who support you in operating a high quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care programWhats in it for me?At the Y Victoria, we value our people. All Coordinators must be at a minimum, Diploma-level qualified.
