T Youll lead crews, allocate resources, and uphold the highest safety and quality standards, all while living Redpaths motto: Consider it done - safely. 7/7 Roster Responsibilities Plan and coordinate shift tasks with site leadership. Allocate machinery and work areas. Supervise, mentor, and support underground crews. Ensure compliance with SWIs, mine plans, and Redpath standards. Complete shift reports, timesheets, and operational documentation. Champion safety, environmental, and quality performance. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions. Qualifications Relevant licences and certifications. Manual driver''s licence. Strong work ethic and a safetyfirst mindset.
