Description About The Role We are seeking an Early Childhood VET Trainer & Assessor to join our team in a fulltime position based in Adelaide, with regular travel once a week alternating between Kingston (approximately 3.5 hours from Adelaide) and Kardinia (approximately 1.5 hours from Adelaide), SA. You will deliver and assess: CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care CHC50125 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care This is a hybrid role, combining classroom delivery, online assessment and workplace-based coaching to support learners to successfully complete their qualifications. Duties Deliver facetoface classroom training to groups of 10-15 learners Assess learner submissions and provide feedback using our online learning platform Visit learners on practical placement to coach, observe and complete assessments Work with a Program Coordinator to monitor learner progression and outcomes Provide oneonone learner support (online and in person) as needed Travel once per week to deliver training at regional locations, alternating between Kingston and Kardinia, SA, with overnight stays where required Skills, Education & Experience CHC50125 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (or higher ECEC qualification) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40110, TAE40116 or TAE40122 Recent leadership experience as a Lead Educator and/or Centre Manager Demonstrated industry currency and current VET professional development Confident communicator who enjoys coaching and mentoring adults Working With Children Check, reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence Available to commence midApril 2026 Training and assessment experience, particularly classroom delivery, is desirable but not essential.
