Were looking for multiple advanced Vegetation Felling Specialists to join our Major Projects DivisionOur current project is based around the Mudgee NSW region, though locations may change in line with project demands. What is the role? We complete large-scale vegetation clearance programs across Australia working on complex infrastructure sites, where safety, quality, and environmental standards are paramount. Join us and put your skills to work felling large, structurally complex trees from the ground. Youll assess tree lean, defects, wind loading, barberchair risks, and surrounding obstacles to plan the safest approach. Youll use precision cutting techniques - like openface notching, bore/back release, staged felling, and machineassisted methods - to achieve controlled, predictable results. Youll work closely with the ground crew and our mechanised equipment operators to set safe drop zones and keep communication clear throughout the operation. What youll do: Operate chainsaws, handheld and forestry equipment professionally, safely and efficiently Follow all safety procedures and complete JSAs Support project delivery and productivity targets Maintain compliance with environmental and quality standards Bring energy, ownership, and a solutionsfocused mindset. Project and FIFO/DIDO experience is a bonus, but not essential youll be backed by a skilled and supportive team. Why choose AIP Group?
