Project Support Officer Schwarz Excavations is looking for a Project Support Officer to join our team. The role requires an experienced project support administrator to work with our Civil/Rail Construction and Undercutting team. Responsibilities Support key sitebased resources including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Construction Managers and HSE Advisors Maintain key project information and records including plans, registers, training records, travel and roster registers, time sheets, plant and equipment data and records Organise, manage, and receive deliveries to and from site as required PreRequisites of the Roles Essentials Prior experience in an administration / projectbased environment Experience in the transport or infrastructure industry, particularly within rail projects or largescale infrastructure initiatives Assisting with tender coordination, including managing the tender scheduling and working to deadlines Document management and formatting, effective record keeping, and coordination of project reporting and claim submissions Scheduling and organising external and internal meetings, documenting, and taking meeting minutes Arrange travel, accommodation, site requirements and accessories for work crews Raise purchase orders Cost tracking of project What we offer Competitive compensation packages Companysponsored ongoing development and training Exciting employee benefits platform offering exclusive discounts on retail and healthcare, discounted gym memberships, and novated leasing options Access to Commonwealth Bank Workplace banking benefits Monthly values awards programme and recognition in our newsletter About Us Schwarz Excavations has been established since 1986 and is based in Gracemere, Central Queensland.
