About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, Health, Safety & Environment, you will be responsible for driving bestpractice injury management outcomes across the Journey Beyond Group. You will lead the returntowork process for workrelated injuries, support our people and managers, and champion early intervention and injury prevention initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will: Manage all RTW and workers compensation processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance Provide highlevel case management for complex claims, including strategic advice, insurer coordination, and case conferences Mentor and support the Injury Management Advisor Partner with medical providers, legal representatives, HR, HSE, and business leaders Develop and deliver injury prevention strategies and manager education Analyse data, identify trends, and recommend improvements Prepare executive reporting and support continuous improvement across all business units About You Youll bring a blend of technical expertise, calm influence, and genuine care. You will also have: Experience managing highvolume workers compensation and RTW cases within a large, complex organisation SA Return to Work Coordinator Accreditation Strong understanding of the Return to Work Act and other Statebased legislation Background in workplace rehabilitation or injury management Ability to navigate conflict and influence stakeholders effectively Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and adjust strategies Resilience, sound judgement, and the ability to work independently If you''re passionate about helping people recover, reducing injury risks, and improving organisational outcomes, this is your chance to make a genuine difference.
