About The Role Were searching for an exceptional Regional Manager: a confident retailer, a people first leader, and a strategic operator who thrives on developing others. You will empower Store Managers and multisite teams to deliver more expertise, more service, more value, and more care every day. This role is perfect for someone ready to step up, take ownership of a region, and make a measurable impact on team performance, customer experience, and commercial outcomes. What Your Day Looks Like Lead and develop highperforming multisite teams through daily coaching, capability building and strong leadership presence. Mentor Store Managers with clear development plans, realtime coaching and targeted succession growth. Drive performance by setting clear expectations, monitoring KPIs and using insights to lift results across the region. Manage people matters confidently, including performance, conduct and attendance, to build strong, engaged teams. Boost engagement and culture by implementing initiatives that strengthen collaboration, connection and retention. Achieve commercial targets by guiding stores across sales, wage control, profit, compliance and operational execution. Ensure exceptional customer experiences through strong service standards, stock management and WHS & brand compliance. Who You Are Youre not just a strong operator youre a people leader above all.
