Key Responsibilities Of a Bartender Provide exceptional service with confidence, poise, and attention to detail, setting a standard for the rest of the team. Prepare and serve a wide variety of highquality cocktails, from timeless classics to innovative signature creations, with precision and flair. Manage high volume with grace maintaining a calm and focused demeanor during busy periods, ensuring consistency, speed, and quality in every drink. Anticipate and fulfil the unexpressed wishes of our guests. Collaborate seamlessly and work in harmony with our team to deliver flawless service and anticipate guests unexpressed wishes. Attributes for Successful Candidates Have a strong desire to create experiences for guests. Passion for hospitality with an appreciation for a refined, considered approach to service. Exceptional communication skills, poised, articulate and capable of engaging with guests, coworkers and stakeholders with genuine warmth and professionalism. Refined hospitality experience. Previous experience in a highend or luxury service environment is preferred. Familiarity with fine dining or upscale cocktail bars is a significant advantage. Possess a positive attitude and grace under pressure. Immaculately presented. Uncompromising standards with an unwavering attention to detail and a commitment to providing guests with an impeccable experience from the moment they arrive.
