About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior operational leadership role, working closely with the State Manager to drive contract performance, customer satisfaction and team outcomes. Youll take ownership of key customer contracts while supporting day-to-day branch operations, making this role ideal for someone ready for greater responsibility and future progression. Key Responsibilities Manage major customer contracts and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders Improve contract profitability, service delivery and operational efficiency Prepare monthly customer reports and performance updates Assist with tenders, service agreements and pricing Liaise with suppliers on pricing and performance Lead, support and delegate across the branch team Assist with HR and operational matters Act as State Manager when required Promote a strong safety, quality and compliance culture About You Proven experience in contracts, operations, account management or customer service Strong commercial and customer-focused mindset Confident people leader with the ability to influence outcomes Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills High attention to detail and strong business acumen Comfortable using MS Office and business systems Requirements Minimum 5 years relevant experience Tertiary qualifications (highly regarded) Understanding of WHS and quality systems Ability to complete a National Police Check Why Apply?
