We are looking for Load Controllers and Turn Around Coordinators to join our team ever growing team!Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the effective planning and preparation of all system and manual weight & balance documentationLiaising with customer airline staff to ensure adherence to policy and procedureEnsure the accuracy of passenger figures, baggage / cargo weightResponsible for the preparation and issuance of loading instruction reports to all ground handling staffProvide Centralised Load Control functions to client airlinesProvide flight operations and airline crew the required information to enable maximum fuel uplift and trim fuel transfer within ground timeMonitor flight changes in the flight schedule and adjust Departure Control System documentationBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersReinforce a positive safety culture within the team focussed on awareness and vigilanceEssential CriteriaMotivated and capable of committing to rostered shifts spanning 24 hours / 7 days a weekHigh level computer skills; including Microsoft Excel and WordDangerous Good Awareness TrainingMinimum of 3 years ground handling experienceKnowledge of Aviation legislation, specifically flight planning, weather, NOTAM and Load Control LegislationStrong analytics as well as attention to detail and precisenessAbility to handle pressured and stressful job situation successfullyAbility to effectively communicate with people from a variety of different backgroundsUnderstands the importance of meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) whilst adhering to safety requirementsBe a proactive self-starter, able to successfully manage multiple issues and effectively resolving themAbility to work unsupervised at times and in a changing and fast paced team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
