Job Title: Commercial Maintenance Carpenter / Handyperson Salary: $45ph-$47ph + Van + Super Location: Adelaide We are currently recruiting an experienced Commercial Maintenance Carpenter / Handyperson to join a leading national facilities maintenance provider in Adelaide. This position offers excellent stability, variety throughout the week, and strong support from a dedicated Head Office team. Key Responsibilities General commercial carpentry maintenance Partitioning and ceiling grid works Plasterboard and gyprock repairs Painting, tiling, concrete patching and general building repairs Door and hardware repairs, including lock adjustments Flooring repairs and minor installations Joinery repairs, cabinetry work and small kitchen installations Conducting inspections and completing maintenance reports Travelling between client sites with a company vehicle What Were Looking For Trade-qualified Carpenter or similar relevant trade Experience within commercial building maintenance Valid drivers licence Comfortable using mobile apps and digital maintenance systems Able to work independently with strong attention to detail Willing to undergo police check and preemployment medical Desirable tickets include EWP, Working at Heights, First Aid or WPCG Whats on Offer Competitive hourly rate with overtime opportunities Fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, phone and tablet Secure long-term role with national clients Ongoing training and professional development Uniforms supplied and supportive team culture Family-friendly benefits and regular team events Interested?
