This opportunity allows you to complete the nationally recognised CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) while gaining paid, handson experience in a Home & Community settings. ACA is looking for people who can bring customer service skills and a desire to work in this growth industry, supporting elderly residents living in Kadina and the surrounding areas. This traineeship combines onthejob training, classroom learning, and ongoing mentorship, making it ideal for career changers, returntowork candidates, and those passionate about supporting older Australians.
