Due to an internal transfer, we are currently seeking an Employee Engagement Coordinator to join based at our Head Office in the Perth CBD. About The Role The Employee Engagement Coordinator position is a role unique to Linkforce, responsible for managing the new starter onboarding process, ensuring they have a firstclass onboarding experience which promotes our values and aims to provide longterm employment to new hires. Responsibilities include: Coordinating a smooth onboarding process for Blue and White collar staff. Attending and presenting at Linkforce Recruitment Days. Acting as the primary point of contact for new starters during their first month, providing guidance and support including planning of work, inductions and first shift preparation. Working closely with onsite leadership to provide effective solutions, education on planning processes, performance program requirements and other relevant items. Actively seeking feedback and information from employees to ensure Linkforce can capture employee preferences, requests and requirements to ensure a positive and longterm employee experience. Maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding transitions. What Youll Need The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, or a role with a transferable skillset. You will be outcomefocused and be able to demonstrate the following: Exceptional interpersonal and engagement skills. Sound understanding of the mining conditions, and FIFO environments is advantageous; attention to detail and the ability to work effectively to deadlines. Problemsolving skills and the capacity to mentor new employees towards positive outcomes. A genuine focus on delivering highquality employee experiences. Effective use of initiative with ability to solve problems.
