About the opportunity To support our continued growth, we have the opportunity for PSV Technicians to join our team in Queensland, on a fulltime basis for a long term maintenance contract. These roles will be a 15:13 FIFO roster from Brisbane with DIDO options also available with a strong emphasis on applicants residing locally within the Chinchilla or Miles regions. To successfully execute the role, you will require strong PSV knowledge with experience on Gas compression packages and Well Site assets. You may be required to multitask on a regular basis across both PSV as well as assist with mechanical tasks as required. The role includes any preventive and reactive maintenance work required as directed by the Client and Altrad on the Wellsite Facility infrastructure as well as performing inspections, testing and overhauls to ASME and API Standards. About You Demonstrated experience with Pressure Safety Equipment and Mechanical Components associated with Wellsite equipment. Minimum two (2) years experience post apprenticeship on Mechanical Fitting. Minimum or equivalent trade qualification as Mechanical Fitter, Mechanical Fitter & Turner (Machinist). A willingness to gain exposure to calibrations and pressure testing. Genuine concern for safety and the wellbeing of your team. A practical, handson mindset with the confidence to take initiative.
