You will be initially sharing the role with an experienced manager to help you navigate the ropes of leading supporting a large team the services both small animal general practice and referral case loads As a vital member of our leadership team, you''ll take on a varied and rewarding role that includes: Overseeing clinic workflow and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a large, diverse team of veterinary professionals Coordinating rosters and processing payroll Managing recruitment, onboarding, and providing ongoing staff support Handling reception and administration responsibilities Supporting our after-hours and on-call service coordination We''re seeking someone with: Proven leadership experience and a passion for team development Strong organisational and time management skills Confidence in leading within a highpaced, multifaceted environment A collaborative and proactive mindset Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities Techsavviness (Rx Works experience a bonus!)
