Agency : Public Prosecutions, Office of the Director Perth WAThe Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is a critical participant in the administration of justice within Western Australia, providing an independent and effective criminal prosecution service and confiscation practice.The ODPP is seeking an experienced team member to provide high level support for operations within the Listings and Data Entry division. This role provides administrative, coordination, and clerical legal support to State Prosecutors, relating to matters involving the maintenance and allocation of ODPP representation within the various courts and relevant jurisdictions.This role reports directly to the Level 6, Listings Manager within Legal Practice Support (Prosecutions), and works closely with relevant stakeholders, which include State Prosecutors, Paralegals, Brief Out Counsel, Court staff, Defence Counsel, and WA Police. A pivotal element of this role focuses on the fostering of good working relationships with both internal, and external stakeholders.There is currently one (1) permanent position available for immediate appointment, with the possibility of an additional position available initially on a fixed term to backfill internal resources.Other suitable applicants will be placed in a recruitment pool.
