You will be packing, labelling, organising and preparing retail-ready product to specification and within strict timeframes. This role requires pace, consistency and attention to detail. If you require constant supervision or prefer a slower workflow, this position will not suit you. Key Responsibilities Pack and portion retail meat cuts to specification Weigh, label and organise product accurately Maintain high visual presentation standards Work efficiently against daily run sheets and production targets Prepare product for markets and retail distribution Maintain strict food safety and cold-chain compliance Keep work areas clean, organised and production-ready About You Proven meat packing or retail butchery experience (essential) Comfortable working in a chilled production environment Able to maintain speed without sacrificing accuracy Strong attention to detail and presentation Reliable, punctual and consistent Able to follow structured workflow and production targets Physically capable of repetitive lifting and standing Experience in retail butcher shops, supermarket meat departments, or production facilities is highly regarded.
