Candidates must be available to work 24/7 shifts including nights as part of our round-the-clock reception operations. The role is covered under the Hospitality Industry (General) Award (HIGA), with all applicable penalties and allowances paid in accordance with the Award. About the Role Aurea Hotel Perth Kings Park is seeking a Guest Services Agent to play a key role in ensuring memorable experiences for guests. This role combines the duties of Front Office reception with support for the Food & Beverage team, making it ideal for someone who is service-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. Key Front Office Responsibilities Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs using NewBook PMS, ensuring accuracy in handling bookings, payments, and guest profiles. Respond to guest enquiries in person and over the phone, offering local information, directions, restaurant reservations, and transportation assistance. Address guest requests promptly and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy. Coordinate guest services, including luggage storage, wake-up calls, and room requests. Prepare daily management reports, including occupancy, guest feedback, and financial summaries. Ensure the front desk is kept neat, organised, and presentable at all times. Prior experience with NewBook PMS is highly advantageous. Food & Beverage Support Responsibilities Take and deliver coffee and beverage orders, providing friendly and attentive service. Maintain the bar, "grab & go" section, and coffee station, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and presentable. Assist the Food & Beverage team during peak service times, such as breakfast and evening shifts. Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
