We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of our Townsville Shopping Centre, driving increased sales and traffic, while also supporting our other Queensland centres where required.This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in planning, developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns that enhance business performance and commercial outcomes.Haben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia. We are growing steadily whilst maintaining our personal touch and care both about our community of co-investors and partners, and the communities where our assets are located.About the roleDevelop and implement a marketing strategy and calendar that aligns with the needs of shoppers within the centre catchmentsManage centre marketing budgets in line with the approved marketing strategyMaintain a vibrant marketing plan that strengthens centre performance, including developing and executing campaigns and activationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with tenants, customers, suppliers, community groups and other stakeholdersFoster retailer engagement to support campaign delivery and help drive sales and trafficReport on return on investment to evaluate the success of campaigns and activationsAbout youTertiary education in marketing, business, or a related fieldExperience in retail shopping centre marketing or as a Marketing Manager in a related industryDemonstrated experience across digital and social media platformsAbility to update website content and manage social media channelsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with effective timemanagement capabilityAbility to interpret research data and insightsBasic skills in Microsoft ExcelIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365This is a full-time role based out of our Townsville Shopping Centre, working alongside the Centre Management team.This is an exciting time to join Haben and be a part of a growing and community minded business.Role TypeCompany OverviewHaben is a privately owned funds and property management business that specialises in unlocking value from retail shopping centres currently located across the East coast of Australia.
