This unique parttime role offers the perfect opportunity to experience regional aged care practice while still living and working in the city. With just 3 days per fortnight, its an ideal way to explore rural health, broaden your clinical experience, and enjoy the charm of regional WA at a pace that suits you.Youll work across two welcoming communities:Balladong Gardens in York (1 day per fortnight) a historic, picturesque town known for its heritage buildings, cafs, arts scene and relaxed country atmosphere.Kalkarni in Brookton (1 day per week) a friendly Wheatbelt community surrounded by open landscapes, big skies and a strong sense of local connection.Both locations offer a refreshing break from the metro routine, giving you the chance to enjoy scenic drives, peaceful surroundings and the rewarding experience of supporting residents in regional settings all while maintaining your home base in the city.In this role, youll partner with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to enhance residents physical, emotional and functional wellbeing. Youll conduct meaningful assessments, shape personalised care plans and deliver targeted OT interventions that support independence, dignity and quality of life.
