Everything we do is grounded in respect, connection, and making a genuine difference in the regions where we work, with a focus on long-term outcomes for local Indigenous people and businesses.Were seeking several experienced Rehab Dozer Operators to join our Ellendale Rehabilitation Project for the 2026 Kimberley dry season. Located along the Gibb River road, approximately 130km east of Derby - Ellendale is a unique rehabilitation project focused on restoring the land of a former diamond mine. Operating on a small site of approximately 30 people, every team member plays a critical role in delivering high-quality rehabilitation outcomes.This is an 8-month seasonal role, running from late March / early April through to November. Youll be working a 15 days on, 6 days off roster either FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Broome, Derby, Fitzroy Crossing or surrounding areas.
