Our approach is about sharing a passion for the high-octane lifestyle and guiding customers through our diverse range of products and experiences.A DAY IN THE LIFEResponsibilitiesParts Interpretation & Inventory ManagementParticipate in continuous, in-depth learning of Sea-Doo, Can-Am, and Spyder parts to develop expertise for accurate parts interpretation.Apply organised stock management processes to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure swift fulfillment of parts orders.Accurately enter and manage invoices and orders using manual and digital systems to streamline parts distribution.Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries regarding parts, delivering knowledgeable and timely service.Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of parts and stay informed about product updates and availability.Technical Proficiency & DevelopmentCollaborate with service technicians to diagnose issues and recommend the correct parts for repair.Become proficient with new equipment to understand parts and their applications.Stay up to date with technical knowledge and industry advancements.Workshop Collaboration & Customer ServiceUphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the parts department, contributing to a safe and professional environment.Enhance the customer experience by handling parts-related service tasks with efficiency and quality.Proactively seek and integrate customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in parts interpretation and customer satisfaction.Perks of the RoleCompetitive pay, negotiable based on experienceRelevant training and development fully paid forA generous staff discount off all in-store productsReceive guidance and mentorship from seasoned professionals in the powersports industrySafe, clean, and well-equipped work environment with a friendly team atmosphereThe Rider We''re SeekingCustomer service experience, i.e. history in customer-facing rolesAn understanding of vehicle parts and mechanics, i.e. hands-on experience in interpreting, advising, and managing parts requirements for maintenance and repair operationsA valid driver''s licenceYou''re proactive - you continually seek opportunities to enhance your knowledge and customer service capabilitiesYou''re a team player - you enjoy sharing your thoughts and ideas and working alongside othersHighly DesirablePrior experience as Parts Interpreter within the watercraft, automotive, or recreational vehicle sectorsSolid understanding of vehicle parts and mechanics (hands-on experience in interpreting, advising, and managing parts requirements for maintenance and repair operations)The WA Sea-Doo StoryWA Sea-Doo has rapidly grown into one of Australias most exciting powersports dealerships, earning National Dealer of the Year recognition early in our journey.
