A typical day could look something like the following: Day-to-day accounting and reporting for our Used Vehicle business unitInsights and AnalysisRegistering financing statements over our vehiclesAmending / removing financing statementsResponding to queries from customers and financiersResolving issues including performing root cause analysis and putting in place process improvementsManaging and processing our payroll cycleManaging the lodgement of superannuation, payroll tax and workers compensation insuranceOpening & closing financial periods each monthReviewing and processing any transactions stuck in our D365 or Optimus systemsReconcile our toll road provider accountAssist in preparation of monthly BAS returnsGeneral balance sheet reconciliationsWork with our build team to maintain TRs capital commitments registerReconcile our monthly payment back to our Supplier reconciliations We are looking for someone with experience around the following: Working towards your Chartered Accountant qualification.Two to three years Accounting / Finance experience.You have preferred working rights in Australia.
