This role will support the existing Post Construction Administration team with the coordination of homes following client key handover, ensuring maintenance matters and client enquiries are managed efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Acting as the primary point of contact for clients following key handoverManaging incoming phone calls and email enquiries with a high level of professionalismCoordinating with Maintenance Supervisors regarding maintenance and after careScheduling maintenance inspections and tracking the completion of itemsAccurately documenting all client interactions and updates within internal systemsThe ideal candidate will have:Strong organisational and communication skillsA professional and friendly approach when dealing with clients via email and phoneStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasksAdministration experience (construction industry experience preferred but not essential)This is a great opportunity to join a growing residential building company and play an important role in supporting our clients after their homes are completed.If you are organised, reliable, and enjoy working in a positive team environment, we would love to hear from you.Be careful - Dont provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
