This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of technician mobilisations for local and site-based projects.Working closely with the Support Services and operations teams, you will be responsible for providing operations and general administration support to the teams to help ensure efficient and compliant business operations for our branches in Western Australia.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Operations team in complying with administrative policies and procedures, Inductions/ComplianceHandle general inbound email and phone correspondence professionallyAssist with Job Documentation and Allocating Staff where requiredEnsure all equipment and personnel documentation are kept up to datePreparation of equipment and personnel documentation for gaining access to client sitesSupport ongoing office administration and logistics.Manage purchase orders for project materials and follow up on supplier deliveries.Maintain a centralised client and supplier contact register and assist with account documentation.Process and track supplier invoices.
