OverviewSafety Solutions WA is a Western Australian based WHS consultancy with clients across a wide range of industry sectors and locations in both Perth metro and regional WA. Our primary goal is to make workplaces safer and be the employer of choice for WHS Consultants. We are currently looking for two experienced WHS Consultants to join our team. This role is primarily Perth metro based.ResponsibilitiesProvide a range of services to clients, including the development and ongoing support, implementation and monitoring of WHS management systemsConduct workplace compliance inspections and auditsDevelop and review WHS documentary materialProvide general workplace WHS coaching, guidance and monitoringServe as the clients'' point of call for WHS assistanceConduct incident investigationsCollaborate with clients and adapt to varying industry needs and environmentsEssential criteriaAttention to detail and excellent communication skillsA thorough understanding of (and a practicable approach to) WHS legislationDiploma WHS (consideration may be given to Cert IV with adequate and varied experience)ISO:45001 Lead Auditor (preferable Integrated Auditor - WHS / QA / ENV)A variety of safety experience in multiple industriesA good sense of humourDesirable criteriaAn understanding / practice of OFSC requirements will be highly regardedICAM / Taproot / other Investigative qualificationsWe offer flexibility to work from home for part of the day, with on-site work at client locations.
