OverviewShare & Care Community Services Group Northam WA. This position will work in collaboration with the Family & Domestic Violence Response Team (including WA Police and Department of Communities - Child Protection Services) in assisting victim survivors (adult & children) with timely and early intervention to improve safety, assess risk and support (referrals and service linkages).
