Overview Boekeman Machinery Brookton (New Holland Dealership). Full Time or Part Time Boekeman Machinery is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Branch Administrator to join our Brookton team. This is a key support role across multiple departments, offering flexibility and a great opportunity to grow within a wellestablished, family-owned WA dealership group. About the Role This position supports the smooth daytoday operations of our Brookton branch. Youll be a point of contact for customers, and provide administrative support to Management, Service, Sales and Parts teams. Key Responsibilities General Administration: Assist teams with incoming calls; handle mail, morning tea duties, and general branch functions; maintain a clean and tidy reception/admin area (light cleaning); assist with general administrative and adhoc tasks as required Executive & Branch Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Branch Manager (EA/PA duties); prepare documents, schedule internal activities, and support branch workflow Service Administration: Open and close Service Repair Orders (ROs); prepare and finalise customer and internal service invoicing; support the Service Manager and Technicians with daily administrative tasks Warranty Processing: Assist Service Department with warranty claims processing; ensure accurate documentation and timely processing Parts & Sales Support: Assist the Parts Department with basic tasks & customer service as required; provide general administrative support to Brookton Sales Representatives & Group Sales Administration when required; assist with internal communication across branches for Parts, Sales, Service and Accounts About You We are seeking an experienced administrator with strong transferable skills who can confidently step into a busy environment and hit the ground running. You will be someone who can work independently, streamline workflows, and implement processes and procedures to bring structure and organisation to a growing branch. Experience in the agricultural or machinery dealership sector is an advantage; however, full training will be provided for the right person. Must hold a valid WA Driver''s License.
