We meet people where they are - with empathy, respect, and belief in their potential.About the RoleAs a Residential Support Worker, you''ll help create a safe and stable environment for young people navigating the justice system. You''ll be there for the daily wins, encouraging healthy choices, keeping routines on track, and supporting young people to meet their bail conditions. When the residence is unoccupied, you''ll step into a community-focused role, mentoring youth, building local connections, and strengthening Hope''s presence in Broome.What''s on offer$48.31/hr + $5.57 regional allowance + penalty rates (SCHADS Level 3)Casual roles available -1 to 4 shifts per fortnight on an ad-hoc basisFree, confidential counselling for staff and familiesCommunity-based work with real impactRequirementsCert III (or relevant experience) in Youth Work, Community Services or similarExperience working with at-risk or complex-needs youth aged 10-18Must be willing to work within a 24/7 rosterAn understanding of and adherence to working within personal and professional boundariesAbility to prepare meals & maintain a clean and healthy environmentUnderstanding of Aboriginal culture and communityMust be confident working autonomouslyA calm, respectful, and resilient approachA current driver''s licence and First Aid certificateImportant: To apply, you must have the right to work in Australia.
