You will support fellow educators to build strong partnerships with children, families, and the community.Positions availableDiploma Educator fulltime, Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:30 am and 6 pmTrainee fulltime, 12month fixedterm contract, Monday to Friday between the hours of 6:30 am and 6 pmResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver a rich, engaging, and inclusive educational program aligned with the Early Years Learning FrameworkSupport the team of educators & teachers through intentional teaching, collaboration, and reflective practiceBuild positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and the teamFollow Centre Policies & Procedures and the ECA Code of Ethics, maintaining exemplary records and conducting comprehensive program evaluationsPromote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, healthy environment that supports the wellbeing of children, staff, and stakeholdersEnsure ongoing compliance with the National Quality Framework, including laws, regulations, and quality standardsContribute to the continuous improvement of the centre through active participation in our Quality Improvement PlanUse your voice to advocate for children, families, and the profession, enhancing our service''s professional identityAbout YouBachelor''s in Early Childhood and Care, or Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or Certificate III in Early Childhood and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisationDemonstrated knowledge and application of the National Quality FrameworkCurrent First Aid & CPR Certificate (Preferred)Valid Employee Working with Children Check (Paid)Commitment to upholding a Child Safe Organisation and inclusive practicesChild Safety MattersAt Young Academics, we prioritise children''s safety and wellbeing.
