This position involves stepping in to cover for educators on both planned and unplanned leave, ensuring continuity of care and education for children.You will support and implement effective early childhood learning programs tailored to the developmental needs of each child, adhering to the Early Years Learning Framework and our council''s objectives.Your commitment to quality customer service will create a positive impact in our community, and your professionalism will represent the values of the Central Coast Council.Ideal Candidate ProfileBachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education with ongoing professional development.Current accreditation in Identify and Report Children and Young People at Risk.Provisional or Proficient Teacher Accreditation and a valid Working with Children Check.Demonstrated experience in early childhood settings with strong leadership and organisational skills.Applicants will be required to provide evidence of Boostrix (Whooping Cough, Tetanus, Diptheria); MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) and Hepatitis A & B or the commencement of these vaccinations prior to commencement.Central Coast Council is committed to the goals of equal opportunity employment.
