Job OverviewWe are seeking two dynamic sales assistants to support our growing sales activities in the Australia and New Zealand markets. As a key member of the sales team, you will provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and customer support to our senior sales managers, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the sales process. You will serve as an important bridge for communication between customers and the company''s internal departments, committed to enhancing customer satisfaction and assisting in driving the achievement of regional sales targets.Main ResponsibilitiesSales Administration and Process SupportHandle the daily administrative tasks of the sales team, including but not limited to: preparing quotations, proforma invoices, sales contracts and related correspondence.Assist in managing the Sales Funnel and CRM system to ensure accuracy and timely update of customer information and transaction records.Track order status, coordinate with headquarters and logistics department to ensure timely production and shipment of orders.Assist in preparing sales reports, performance data analysis, and market information compilation.Customer Relationship and Communication SupportPrimary contact point for customers (dealers, lessors, end users). Respond promptly to inquiries about product information, price, inventory, order status, etc.Organize client meetings, product demonstrations and marketing activities, including related logistics arrangements.Maintain and update customer database, regularly follow up on customer satisfaction.Accurately convey complex or strategic customer requirements to the corresponding sales managers.Market and Competing Product Information CollectionAssist in collecting industry dynamics, potential project information and intelligence on competitors'' activities, products and pricing in the ANZ market.Monitor local industry media, tender invitation websites and government project announcements, screen valuable information for the sales team''s reference.Organize and analyze the collected market information to form a brief report.Marketing and Exhibition AssistanceAssist in preparing, proofreading and distributing localisation market materials to ensure compliance with Brand Guidelines.Support implementation of online and offline marketing activities, including preparation, setup and onsite support for industry exhibitions.Manage online order inquiries and lead distribution for local ecommerce platforms and local social media accounts.Receive and record customer initial service requests and equipment problem feedback.Coordinate between customer and aftersales service team, track service progress, ensure prompt handling and provide feedback.Job RequirementsEducational Background: Associate degree or higher in business management, marketing, engineering or related fields.Work Experience: 13 years in sales support, client service or administrative assistant roles; preference for experience in construction machinery, heavy equipment, automotive or B2B industrial sectors.Language Proficiency: Fluent English (both written and spoken).
