They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESProviding strong Customer Service solutions to client and site visitorsRetail security experience (preferred but not required)The ability to work independentlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills along with strong deescalation skillsProfessional and wellgroomed appearanceConducting site patrols to actively report and mitigate any safety risksIdentifying and reporting hazardsProviding support to client staff and visitorsAbility to use digital reporting platformsWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORStrong Customer Service SkillsProactive and problemsolving mindsetWilling to support and step up as required into other rolesAbility to work well in a team or autonomouslyAbility to work in a rotational roster (Nights/Days/Weekends)Australian Citizen or hold Unlimited Work RightsDemonstrated ability to prepare and write reportsDemonstrated ability in the use of Computers and Security related systems (Access Control, CCTV, Microsoft Programmes)Availability to and physical fitness to walk and stand for long periodsCrowd Control endorsement will be highly desirableCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
