With eggciting growth and expansion on the horizon, now''s a great time to join us and be part of our continued success!About the RoleWe are looking for a FullTime Maintenance Fitter to assist with the daily requirements of a fastpaced and everexpanding egg production farm. The role is located at our stateoftheart grading facility in Euroa, and offers company perks and a competitive salary.RoleProvide preventative and reactive maintenance to achieve optimal operational requirements while maintaining safe work practices.Monitor, resolve, and elevate identified issues involving plant and equipment.Work with hydraulics and pneumatics.Repair and maintain plant and equipment such as chains, belt and roller conveyor transport systems, compressors, evisceration equipment, refrigeration equipment, and more.Assist with maintaining and improving processes and systems.Assist with Maintenance Department administration, including stock and part management.Display sound faultfinding techniques, diagnosing down to root cause and implementing permanent corrective countermeasures as required.What We''re Looking ForRelevant trade qualifications and experience.Production line experience is highly advantageous.Demonstrate attention to detail and exercise sound judgement.Be enthusiastic.Communicate effectively.Prioritise and manage time effectively.Engage and participate in motivating team members.Why Join Pace Farm?A collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and growth.Access to ongoing learning and development opportunities to support your professional growth.Regular free product samples.Complimentary flu vaccinations.Interested?To apply for this exciting opportunity, please hit "Apply now" and submit your resume.
