Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Outdoor Dining Houseperson to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia''s most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.We are seeking an outdoor enthusiast, who has experience in cleaning and wants to make our guest experience a once-in-a-lifetime to join our Outdoor Dining Team! You will be maintaining and cleaning our outdoor dining experience sites in the desert, all while exceeding our guests'' imaginations and expectations.Key DutiesProvide on the ground assistance and support to outdoor dining sites.Cleaning and upkeep of Outdoor Dining vehicles, as well the maintenance of Outdoor dining sites, including but not limited to fixing posts, chains, gas heaters, tiles, lighting etc.Controlling beverage stock par levels in cool rooms.Cleaning all outdoor dining sites (kitchen, toilets, floors, walls and surrounding perimeters).Cleaning on all Outdoor Dining vehicles.RequirementsValid Full Australian Drivers License or Truck License (preferred).Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).A National Criminal History Check (mandatory).BenefitsOur resort offers a range of attractive incentives to make your employment experience with us even better, such as discounted accommodation, competitive pay, resort discounts, delicious on-shift meals, and a relocation assistance payment of up to $700.Access to our staff pool, gym, and Residents Club.
