You will be an integral part of the team, overseeing the production of our unique and high-quality beers.With a few job positions available we''re very happy to work with you on what you may need ranging from parttime to fulltime work. The bottom line is we''re looking for the best fit for you and for us.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseeing the brewing processes, including mashing, lautering, fermenting, and packaging.Monitor and manage fermentation and conditioning processes.Clean and sanitize brewing equipment.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols.Participate in sensory evaluation and quality control of beer.Assist with inventory management and recordkeeping.General brewery cleaning and maintenance tasks.Production scheduling and ordering.Distillery production needs, from barrel ageing, wash production, packaging, and distillation.Candidate RequirementsA passion for craft beer and brewing.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a production environment.Mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills.Strong focus on safety and safe work practices.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Current driver''s license (forklift license is a bonus).Previous brewing experience is required, formal training is preferred.How to ApplyIf you''re ready to bring your passion for brewing to Eden Brewery, we''d love to hear from you!Please send your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you''re interested in this role to [email protected] .Join us at Eden Brewery and help us craft beer that makes a difference. #J-18808-Ljbffr
