You will make a difference to our residents by facilitating positive health and wellbeing options for individuals, their families, and carers.Duties will include (but not limited to):Provision of a wide range of Person-Centred Care dutiesAssistance with medication (if you are assessed as medication competent) and wound dressingAssistance in daily living activitiesWorking with each resident to continue to do the things they loveWe are also willing to invest in training and offer you all the support you might need in order to succeed in your role.What you will needA Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards)The ability to provide a wide range of person-centred care dutiesA desire and willingness to work with each resident to empower them to continue to do the things that they loveCare skills that are driven by compassionExperience in Aged Care desirableCurrent First Aid Certificate desirableExcellent communication skillsTeam player who is highly motivatedAvailability to work various shifts across various daysWhy work for usCompetitive pay with salary packaging options (up to $15,900 living expenses and $2,650 entertainment benefits, tax-free)$31 - $37 per hour base salary.
