Youth Support Worker - Expression of InterestAPM is continuing its impactful work with the Transition to Work contract, and we are now seeking individuals passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people as a Youth Support Worker around the Sydney East Metro Region.Sites include: Burwood, Hurstville, Lakemba, Rockdale, Sutherland, Campsie, Caringbah and Punchbowl.As a Youth Support Worker, you will be assessing the needs of the participants, identifying barriers to employment and providing solutions focussed approaches to support young people to achieve ongoing education and/or employment.Secure a start and be on the road for a successful and meaningful change to you and our participants.Who are you?You love working in a productive and collaborative environment, and you want to bring your drive, passion and most importantly, your first-class customer service to a role where you are enabling better lives of our participants.
