H&L empowers businesses to enhance customer experience and streamline operations.The successful candidate will be based anywhere within commutable distance of our Adelaide or Melbourne offices, working in a hybrid work model!What Your Day Will Look LikeTraining Development and Delivery:Develop and maintain uptodate training materials, including manuals, guides and online resourcesConduct training sessions for new employees and refresher courses for existing staff, ensuring they are proficient in using H<ailor training approaches to accommodate different learning styles and needsSystem Updates And New Features:Stay informed about updates and new features of softwareTrain staff on new functionalities and system enhancementsSupport And Troubleshooting:Provide ongoing support to staff, answering questions and resolving issues related to H&L.Troubleshoot common problems and liaise with clients to provide solutionsFeedback And Improvement:Collect feedback from staff and clients regarding SW features and training effectivenessContinuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance assessmentsCollaboration And Communication:Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the system aligns with business needsCommunicate any system changes or updates to all relevant stakeholdersCompliance And Best Practices:Ensure all training and usage of systems comply with legal and company standardsKeep abreast of industry best practices and integrate them into training and system usageAbout YouDiploma or degree in Information Technology, Electronics, or a similar related fieldProven experience as a Point of Sale Trainer or similar role is essentialExcellent understanding of POS systems and their applications in a business settingExperience as a field technician, with a focus on POS systems, payment solutions, or IT supportProficiency in troubleshooting POS systems, network connectivity, and hardware componentsFamiliarity with software applications related to POS, databases, and networkingBasic understanding of SQL and system administration preferredStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to create engaging training materials and deliver effective training sessionsProblemsolving skills and ability to handle technical issuesPatience and a strong desire to assist others in learning new technologiesRelevant educational background, preferably in IT, education, or a related fieldFlexibility to adapt to different learning styles and environmentsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWillingness to travel to client sites and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as neededFluent in English, written and verbal, essentialLegally authorized to work in AustraliaJoin us at H&L and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing the Point of Sales experience for businesses across Australia.H&L is focused on professional growth and customer success.
