We provide end-to-end renovation services for residential and commercial projects, including new builds and renovations.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker / Joiner to join our team on a full-time basis.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpreting technical drawings, work orders, and specifications to determine project requirements and prepare accurate cutting listsSelecting and sourcing suitable materials, including solid timber, veneers, particleboard, and engineered wood productsOperating hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery to mark out, cut, shape, and assemble componentsManufacturing and assembling cabinetry, furniture, and joinery items, including the installation of hardware such as hinges, drawers, and fittingsApplying protective or decorative finishes, including paints, varnishes, or coatings where requiredInstalling completed cabinetry and joinery in residential and commercial environments, including kitchens and bathroomsUndertaking repair, refurbishment, or reproduction work on existing furniture and joinery as requiredWorking HoursOrdinary hours are Monday to FridayWork is generally scheduled between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, by agreementEmployees are expected to manage their time effectively to meet agreed deadlines and communicate any variations as requiredRemuneration and BenefitsAnnual salary starting from AUD $76,150, inclusive of four weeks'' paid annual leaveFully maintained company vehicle providedAll tools and personal protective equipment suppliedSuperannuation contributions paid in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee (Administration) Act 1992Role RequirementsAvailability to work Monday to FridayA minimum of three (3) years'' relevant work experience in cabinet making or joineryAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipWork visa sponsorship may be available for suitable candidatesExpected commencement: Immediate, subject to availability #J-18808-Ljbffr
