Learn more about us and what we do at awaresuper.com.auYour New RoleAs the Team Assistant in our Technology team, you''ll provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Technology & Data Officer (CT&DO) and the broader Technology Leadership team.This is not your traditional Executive Assistant role! You''ll work with multiple senior stakeholders and be at the heart of our technology division''s operations.This role is a 12 month Parental Leave Cover. Candidates from both Sydney and Melbourne are considered. However, the preference is for candidates based in SydneyYour responsibilities will include:Managing complex diaries and travel arrangements for the CT&DO and the IT leadership teamCoordinating meetings, preparing board papers, and taking minutesOrganising catering, events, and team functionsSupporting the Technology Leadership team with ad hoc requests and project coordinationEnsuring seamless communication and service to both internal and external stakeholdersHow do you exceed our expectations?Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally within a medium to large organisatonStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work autonomouslyHigh attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for delivering resultsExcellent time management and organisational skills to juggle competing prioritiesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive informationEmployee ExperienceWe understand that not everyone works in the same ways.
