As an Operations Coordinator, you will be delivering superior value to our clients with the main objective to grow accounts.We''re looking for a dependable, proactive Support Coordinator to join our Operations Team. You''ll help keep Australia''s freight moving over the weekend, supporting customers, monitoring jobs, and ensuring everything runs smoothly into the week.This is a great role for someone who enjoys solving problems, is confident on the phone, and likes working independently while still being part of a close, supportive team.What You''ll Be DoingProvide operational coverage (5 working days) 4 days throughout the week and at least 1 day on the weekendMonitor active transport jobs and assist customers to keep loads movingCommunicate with shippers and carriers by phone and email to resolve issuesEscalate urgent matters and record weekend updates for the weekday teamSupport the Operations team with admin and coordination tasksWhat We''re Looking ForYou''re confident speaking on the phone and enjoy helping peopleYou''re organised, dependable, and comfortable working independently on weekendsYou can stay calm under pressure and think quickly to solve problemsYou enjoy being part of a team and learning as you goBonus: Experience in logistics, admin, or customer service is a plusWhy Choose Loadshift?At Loadshift, we don''t just value our employees - we celebrate them.
