If this sounds like you, Royal Freemasons would love to hear from you.Join a respected, values-driven organisation where your contribution genuinely matters and your skills are appreciated.About The OpportunityThe Royal Freemasons community is looking for an experienced and motivatedMaintenance Officer to join our team 4 days a week at our Melbourne Residential Aged Care Facility located in the Melbourne eastern suburbs.This role ensures all our residents can enjoy a safe, comfortable and well-maintained home by being responsible for handling a variety of planned and corrective maintenance tasks, working both independently and alongside our supportive team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong maintenance and repair experience, effective problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Strong computer literacy and experience with CMMS or asset managements system are highly regarded.Essential Skills and ExperienceTrade qualification and/or significant maintenance experienceExperience in maintenance and grounds duties (aged care preferred)Practical skills across carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general repairsAbility to plan, organise and prioritise work with competing demandsStrong computer literacy; CMMS/asset management experience valuedExperience managing contractors and service providersExposure to scheduled maintenance programsCurrent full Victorian driver''s licence (meeting any conditions)What We OfferSalary packaging up to $15,990 + Novated leasingOptional Meals & Entertainment card ($2,650 per year)Consistent roster no rotating rostersEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramFree onsite parkingOther RequirementsThis role requires a valid Police Check or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of this role.
